Michael Conley

Executive Vice President, Forsythe Hosting Solutions

As executive vice president, Forsythe Hosting Solutions, Michael Conley leads the division that combines Forsythe’s managed security services, managed hosting services, managed systems services and Forsythe Data Centers. Forsythe Hosting Solutions was created in 2015 to give clients easier access to Forsythe’s full range of services under one roof, and to enable faster innovation and deployment of new solutions. Forsythe Hosting Solutions also provides managed services for client infrastructure on-premise at client locations. In addition to leading Forsythe Hosting Solutions, Conley continues to provide his existing clients with Forsythe’s full range of services and solutions.

David Carlson

Sales General Manager, Forsythe Hosting Solutions

Carlson recently joined Forsythe as Sales General Manager for Forsythe’s new Hosting Solutions division. He has more than 20 years of experience working with clients and promoting emerging solutions for IT and managed hosting providers across the infrastructure, telecommunications, and security segments. In his current role, David is leading the business development and sales efforts  and working across the organization to define new managed hosting services. Prior to Forsythe, Carlson worked in various leadership positions across sales, marketing, and strategy at NaviSite (a Time Warner Cable company), Siemens Enterprise Communications, Avaya, and VPNet Technologies. Over the past five years, he has been working closely with enterprise clients to successfully transition to the “as-a-service” model and better aligning information technology with business objectives.

Steve Harris

Vice President, Data Center Development

As vice president of data center development, Steven Harris is leading Forsythe’s newest business launch, a multi-tenant data center of private suites that will operate under the name Forsythe Data Centers, Inc. Forsythe Data Centers' Elk Grove Village, IL facility will be ready for tenant occupancy in early 2015.

Harris has more than 25 years of project management and 20 years of data center design/build, consolidation and assessment experience. His areas of expertise include data center design, project management, data center assessment & optimization, floor plan layout and workflow analysis. He also has extensive experience in data center site selection and real estate lease/purchase negotiation and administration. He has been the lead in proposing and managing data center design/build, reorganization and consolidation projects ranging from 500 square feet to 300,000 square feet and has managed a data center portfolio in excess of 35 sites and 2 million square feet.

Harris joined Forsythe in 2002, and previously served as director of data center engineering, bringing Forsythe's comprehensive capabilities to clients, and working with them to address their data center facility planning/design needs as well as expansion and consolidation opportunities.

Prior to joining Forsythe, Harris served in a similar capacity, initially as project manager, and eventually as director of facility project planning, for the disaster recovery division of Rosemont, Ill.-based Comdisco, Inc. (now SunGard Recovery Services, LP).  Before Comdisco, Harris was a special projects manager focused on product and physical site selection for a number of IT systems at United Airlines.  He began his career as a COBOL programmer and conversion analyst.

A respected industry expert, Harris has been published and quoted on the topic of data center best practices in a variety of tech industry publications including Data Center Knowledge, Network World, Data Center Management, Processor, and IT Business Edge. 

Harris holds a bachelor’s degree in technical resources and management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a second bachelor’s degree in computer science, with honors, from Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago.

Alan Grantham

Vice President, Strategic Hosting Solutions

Grantham works with large organizations to design and implement cloud and technology solutions that add business value. Grantham is currently responsible for a Forsythe Hosting Solutions team that leads all design and architecture. He consults and engages with enterprise class clients in cloud enablement. In prior roles at Forsythe, Grantham has served as a chief architect and program manager, leading multiple teams to deliver complex business and technical solutions.

Prior to Forsythe, Grantham served as the chief storage architect for Nationwide Insurance, a Fortune 100 company. In this role, he had architectural accountability for data storage. He was also responsible for mainframe, distributed systems and backup. Grantham earned his degree in economics and business from Trinity and All Saints College of Leeds University in Leeds, England.

Lonnie Henegar

Vice President of Managed Operations, Forsythe Hosting Solutions

Henegar recently joined Forsythe as Vice President of Managed Operations for Forsythe’s new Hosting Solutions division. He has more than 30 years of experience working at and leading large scale, global IT operations using performance-based metrics to provide stability and a positive, high-quality experience for demanding clients and users. In his current role, he is leading the managed services operations efforts for our new Forsythe Hosting Solutions division that includes Forsythe Data Centers, a new integrated technology data center facility in Elk Grove Village, Ill. Prior to Forsythe, Henegar worked in various leadership positions at T-Systems, the managed services arm of Deutsche Telekom; and CSC, a global leader in next-generation IT services and solutions.

Scott Bunnell

Director, Network Services

Bunnell brings a wealth of expertise to Forsythe Data Centers, with more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry. His background includes working with global network and data center design, data center network infrastructure and co-location services, implementation and operations, and low latency and high availability networks. 

He also brings knowledge of best practices in the areas of process design, technology operations, financial management, and project management. Prior to Forsythe, Bunnell was the senior director of networking engineering at the CME Group. He holds a bachelor of science in finance, and an MBA with a MIS concentration. 

Thomas McKinney

Director, Data Center Development and Operations

With more than 30 years of IT focused design, build and operations experience, McKinney brings best practice and direct management experience to each client engagement. His areas of expertise include critical systems design, operation and construction, asset protection, security systems, low voltage/structured fiber and cable, DCiM, BAS and SCADA systems design / implementation and corporate real estate portfolio management. McKinney is a member in good standing with the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and an Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Specialist (ATS).

Matt LaCamera

Senior Lab Manager, Technology Evaluation Center (TEC)

LaCamera manages a team that runs Forsythe’s Technology Evaluation Center (TEC). He and his team work directly with Forsythe clients and partners to validate potential solutions together, before an investment is made. The TEC team has a diverse set of responsibilities, including evaluating emerging technologies and working with top market technologies. LaCamera’s technical background includes experience in designing, validating, and implementing datacenter solutions for both a web hosting provider and telecommunication company. He also had the privilege to assist with lighting a fiber ring in downtown Chicago which services approximately 3,000 businesses.
